Products sold on UNIQUESAVIOR are limited-edition or collectible items, and each qualifying purchase is issued a digital ownership certificate recorded on the platform. Because certificates represent verified, non-duplicable ownership of a specific unit, orders are generally non-refundable once a certificate has been issued to your account.
When a refund does apply
Notwithstanding the general rule above, a refund or replacement will be provided in the following circumstances: (a) a failed or duplicate payment was charged to you due to a payment gateway or system error; (b) the physical item was not delivered, was lost in transit, or arrived materially different from its listing; (c) an event was cancelled by the organizer; or (d) your order was cancelled by us before fulfilment, including due to stock errors or suspected fraud.
