PDPA privacy notice

This page describes how UNIQUESAVIOR, operated by Unique Sunday Enterprise, collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal data in connection with account creation, product sales, certificate ownership, resale requests, event registration, QR tracking, and support operations.

This is a draft operational privacy policy prepared for implementation purposes. It should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before production launch.

We collect account identity details such as name, email address, password hash, optional profile image, optional phone number, and optional bank account information for seller payout workflows.

We also collect order and shipping information, consent records, event registration data, QR scan metadata, payment references from Stripe, and device or browser information needed for fraud prevention, support, and platform security.

We process account and transaction data to create and secure your account, fulfill orders, manage certificates and provenance, process resale requests, register event participants, and provide customer support.

If you opt into marketing consent, we may also send product launch notifications, restock alerts, and event updates. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time from your account settings.

Event check-in and some QR ownership-trail features may request browser geolocation. If you deny precise location access, the platform may still record lower-fidelity metadata such as IP address, device information, city, or country when technically available.

QR scan logs are used for ownership trail reporting, fraud detection, and product provenance analytics.

If you request account deletion, the platform anonymizes your profile and removes login access, while retaining order, payment, transaction, and provenance records that must remain intact for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and chain-of-ownership purposes.

Marketing subscriptions, saved carts, and similar convenience data are deleted during anonymization.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your data, download an export, correct your information, withdraw marketing consent, and request account anonymization. Requests can be initiated from your account settings or by contacting us directly.
